This steel has a high content of chromium (18% - 20%) and nickel (8% - 10.5%), which makes it a durable and kitchen-friendly material. Chromium ensures the corrosion resistance of the steel, and the combination with nickel makes it even more resilient. Good to know: the nickel content is not a disadvantage! In fact, the higher the nickel content, the more dishwasher-resistant the stainless steel becomes.
